Architechs is a design and development consultancy based out of Singapore, with a focus on understanding 'pain-factors' of our customers. One of our own pain-factors was with the networking events industry, and for that we have designed and developed a better way to meet the most relevant people at events using our own app PlusEvents. Designed websites for several clients and assisted in developing user interface/user experience (UI/UX) mock-ups as per the customers’ requirements in various industries, including shipping, aquaculture, technology MNCs.

Engaged the team with creative thinking, particularly in menu engineering and brand positioning. I was in charge of Technology and Design at the organisation; setting up and keeping track of the accounting software, designing and updating the website and social networks, finding the most appropriate Point of Sales vendor, setting up and administrating the email server and domain/hosting, and also collaborated on the interior design and layout of the restaurant outlet. During quiet period of operations, I conducted staff training on service and customer engagement.
